      Basic stand cleaning service, carried out starting from the last evening of set-up during the night for the entire duration of the event.

      Basic stand cleaning service, carried out at night for the entire duration of the event, includes the following services:

      -Sweeping or vacuuming the floor
      - Dusting of stand furnishings (with the exception of products on display, fragile or valuable objects
      -Emptying of waste bins.

      When calculating the surface area, include the entire area on the plan, including: m2 occupied by mezzanines, encumbrances and closed spaces (closets/offices). In the case of closed rooms, where cleaning is required, the Exhibitor is invited to hand over the keys to the Cleaning Service office, located in the Service Center - ground floor..

      Please note that any requests for immediate intervention must be communicated promptly to the Sales Office ( vendite@bolognafiere.it)
      Any complaints must be sent exclusively to aftersales@bolognafiere.it
